How to Create Your
Own Home Pharmacy

Many common health issues can be managed with items which are easy to keep in your home and are widely available at the average grocery store - you may even have some of them in your kitchen already! Below is a list of ingredients and tools which you will need to create your own herbal kitchen pharmacy.

Tools
  • Bandages (multiple sizes)

  • Blender (Emulsion Blender is a great tool)

  • Chopping tools

  • Coffee press

  • Cotton flour sack towels or cheesecloth

  • Cotton swabs

  • Crock pot (small)

  • Cutting board

  • Funnels for small bottles and large jars

  • Glass liquid measuring cups

  • Glass storage jars

  • Grinding tool

  • Hot packs - grains in cotton bag for use in a microwave, hot water bottle, or electric heating pad

  • Hot water kettle

  • Ice packs (frozen peas)

  • Kitchen scale

  • Medical or sports tape

  • Reusable Enema/Douche kit

  • Rubbing alcohol

  • Sieves (Stainless steel)

  • Stainless steel dry measuring cups

  • Stainless Steel measuring spoons

  • Stainless Steel or glass pan (no teflon coatings)

  • Tea sieve (Stainless steel)

  • Tinted glass bottles with dropper tops 

  • Wood or Stainless steel spoons and stirring tools

Ingredients
  • Apple cider vinegar—unfiltered, unpasteurized (raw)

  • Bentonite Clay

  • Bitters (Swedish or for Mixed Drinks)

  • Castor oil—cold pressed

  • Charcoal powder--loose and in capsules

  • Coconut oil—refined +  cold pressed 

  • Cold Pressed Oils (Canola, Sunflower, Safflower, Almond)

  • Flax seeds

  • Garlic—fresh

  • Honey— unfiltered, unpasteurized (raw)

  • Lemons

  • Olive oil

  • Onion—fresh (whole)

  • Rum 151 (151 proof)

  • White rum (80 proof)
